Return/Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges for items purchased from the Plain Jane Apparel are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in the condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned unmarked and in good condition.
Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
To start a return or an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the items you're returning, and the reason for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we'll email you to let you know we've received your return. If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchange
If the size or color didn't turn out quite right, we got you! Subject to inventory availability, we can exchange items. If we don't have your size or color available, we'll offer a full refund instead.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, we're sorry, and we want to make it right! Contact us right away, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
