Plain Jane Apparel is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We've built this site with accessibility in mind, targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance, including:
- Semantic HTML and landmark regions for screen reader navigation
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, filters, and cart interactions
- Visible focus states on all interactive elements
- Alt text on product and editorial images
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
Known limitations
Our shopping cart and checkout are provided by Snipcart, a third-party service. While Snipcart maintains its own accessibility practices, we don't directly control that experience.
Note for the site owner: run a real accessibility audit (automated + manual keyboard/screen-reader testing) before claiming AA conformance publicly, and update this page with any known gaps found.
