How does sizing run?

When will a sold-out item come back?

We produce in small batches of about fifty. Some items are run again; some aren’t. If a product page doesn’t offer restock notifications yet, the fastest way to find out is to check back or reach out via our contact page.

What’s your return policy?

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location; express options are faster. See our Shipping page for zone-by-zone estimates.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — check back or contact us if you’d like to be notified.

How do I care for heavyweight cotton and fleece?

Wash cold, turn garments inside out, and skip the dryer when you can — heat is the main cause of early wear. Full guidance is in our Journal’s care guide.
